Madens acknowledges the need of its customers in every aspect, which is why it has a wide cancellation policy. This policy includes the following terms:
Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours only if the item was shipped / delivered. Once the order has been placed, i.e., it is communicated to the suppliers or merchants, and the process of shipment has been initiated by them, the cancellation request might be rejected.
In such circumstances as the last one, a refund would be given if the customer claims that the quality is below good standards.
Such instances of defect, or damage should be reported to the customer self-service team. This however would be taken up after the merchant has verified that there is indeed a defect. Such instances of this type should be reported as early as possible, preferably the same day that the product was received.
In case of noticing a product which was not as per expectation, or as per the image displayed, such complaints should be directed to customer service on the same day that the product was delivered. These are then reviewed by the customer service team to find out a suitable solution alongside your claim.
For issues and complaints such as those which arise from even genuine wear and tear due to using products which comes under warranty from the specific manufacturer, please direct them to the concerned manufacturer.
So long as any refunds are authorized by the Madens, it will take 1 to 5 working days for the refund to be disbursed to the end customer.
